By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

PepDiary does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and tools provided through the Service are intended for educational and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to use, purchase, or administer any substance, including peptides.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any health-related protocol. You acknowledge that any decisions you make regarding your health are your sole responsibility. We expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from your reliance on the Service or any information provided through it.
By submitting, posting, or entering any data, content, or information into the Service ("User Content"), you grant PepDiary a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from your User Content, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

The Service, including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by PepDiary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If applicable, fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@pepdiary.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service, including dosing calculations, peptide data, or health-related information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPDIARY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PepDiary and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any harm resulting from your reliance on information provided through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
